Terms of service

These terms cover your use of GenuineAppTesters ("we", "us") to run a closed test of an Android app on Google Play.

What we provide

For each paid order we assign at least 12 testers (normally 15) who opt in to your closed testing track using our Google Group, keep your app installed for 14 continuous days, use it, and report findings. After the test we send a written report.

What we don't promise

Google decides whether your app gets production access. We do not guarantee approval, ratings, installs or reviews. Testers will never post reviews on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

You must own or have the right to test the app, add our Google Group to your closed testing track, keep the test track available for the whole test, and give working login details if your app needs them. Apps that break Google Play policies or the law will be refused and refunded.

Your data

Test credentials are stored encrypted and shown only to assigned testers. We delete them 30 days after your report is sent.

Payment

Prices are shown before payment. Indian buyers pay GST on top. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See the refund policy for re-runs and refunds.
