Refund and cancellation policy

• Before testing starts: cancel any time before 12 testers are opted in for a full refund.
• Free re-run: if fewer than 12 testers stayed opted in for 14 continuous days, we run the test again at no cost.
• No refund after a completed test if Google rejects production access for other reasons, such as policy, app quality or form answers.
• Refused apps: if we can't test your app (policy issues, broken track, no working login), we refund in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
